How to nominate a carer for a Saga Respite for Carers Trust award

Alphabet T The period for submitting nominations for 2012 is now open. Over the coming months nominations received will be reviewed by the trustees and successfully short-listed applicants will be contacted.

Nominees who were unsuccessful in 2011 will be able to re-apply for 2012 from now.You can download the nomination form here.

The carer should

  • Be over 50
  • Have been caring for someone for more than a year
  • Not have taken a significant holiday away from their caring responsibilities within the last year
  • Not be a professional carer

How to apply

  • You can apply yourself or nominate someone you think deserves it - simply click here for the form. Nomination forms can also be obtained by post from January 1, 2012. Please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Trust Manager, Saga Respite for Carers Trust, The Saga Building, Enbrook Park, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SE
