We strive to achieve the perfect client-to-cousin match. With over 58 years of experience, we’re familiar with a wide range of home care services. From respite care for those who require time away, to 24-hour care at home for those with specialised requirements.
Whatever the situation, there’s an excellent chance we’ve handled it before.
Our Cousins provide bespoke and individual private home care and support. Just as clients have different needs, our carers have different skills to offer – it’s never one-size fits all.
Finding the Right Home Care Provider
Once we know your requirements, we will carefully match Client to Cousin, noting histories, interests and preferences.
Finding the right home care provider is important to us. Do they like Scrabble or Bridge? Are they animal lovers? Do they like the theatre? Are they keen gardeners? It makes good sense to get the details right, especially when you live with someone 24 hours a day.
A member of our dedicated team of advisors will then call to introduce the most suitable home companion. Each Cousin’s personal profile is communicated to the client or their representative.
Profiles will cover each Cousin’s key attributes, work history, personal qualities, family background, likes and dislikes. If agreed, the prospective Cousin will call the client for a chat. Even after just a few minutes on the phone, they‘ll soon know whether that Cousin is the right choice. Only if both are happy to go ahead, will arrangements be confirmed.
We match an appropriate Cousin to a client based solely on their care needs. We are an equal opportunities home care agency and introduce Cousins from many locations across the world.
