Claims: the true test 
The true test of service comes if you make a claim. If you need to make a claim on your Saga Home Insurance TailorMade policy, our aim is to make
things easy for you. Our claims service is accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to give you the advice you need when you need it.
A fully trained Incident Manager will handle your claim from start to finish. This means one person only handles your claim, and they will keep
you updated on progress and be able to answer any questions you may have. As well as handling your claim, as fast as possible and with the
minimum of fuss, your Incident Manager will arrange for qualified trades people to give immediate assistance. Then, if you require it,
they will arrange for one of our approved suppliers to replace stolen or damaged items or arrange for cash settlement.
If you take out both buildings and contents cover with us, you'll also have the convenience of dealing with just one company should the worst happen and need to make a claim.
