Interest Charging Information -
The periods over which interest is charged are as follows:
|
Purchases - If you pay for all your previous month's purchases by the payment due date,
no interest will be charged on those purchases. This applies for a maximum of 50 days.
If you do not pay for all of your previous month's purchases by the payment due date,
interest will be charged on those purchases, from the date the purchase is charged to the account.
Interest will then continue to be charged until that purchase balance has been paid for in full.

Cash Advances - Interest will be charged at the standard cash advance rate from the date the cash advance is charged to the account.

Balance Transfers and Convenience Cheques - interest is charged from the date the transaction
is charged to the account until the transferred balance is repaid in full.

Allocation of payments - We will allocate your payment in the following order:

- Minimum payment
- Fees, charges and interest (in the order that they were
put on the account)
- Cash advances (in the order that they were put on the account)
- Purchases (in the order that they were put on the account)
- Balance Transfers, Convenience Cheques and Promotional
Balances (in the order that they were put on the account)

2% of each cheque written, subject to a minimum of £2 or a maximum of £50.

| Default charges
|
We may debit your account with the following default charges:
- £10 (variable) on each occasion a cheque and / or direct debit is dishonoured or fails
- £10 (variable) on each occasion you are late making the Minimum Payment
- £10 (variable) on each month you exceed your credit limit
