When would you recommend I start my insurance policy? |

You need to cover the cost of having to cancel your trip, so ideally
you should arrange your insurance policy as soon as you book your trip.

What is the longest period of time that I can have cover for?

We can provide cover for trips up to (and including) 90 days.

I suffer from a medical condition. Can you provide cover?

We will need to ask
you some questions about your health, but in most cases, we
will be able to provide cover. Please telephone us on 0800 056
5464. Anything you tell us is strictly confidential.

How can I make a claim?
|

If you are
taken into hospital abroad, you must telephone the medical
emergency service for help. For all other claims simply telephone
the claims helpline when you return home and they will tell
you what you need to do. All telephone numbers are shown in
the policy booklet which we will send to you when we confirm
your cover or can be downloaded and printed from the website.
