Affordable premium, high levels of cover

Traditional, personal service
We use UK based customer service advisers in order to provide a traditional, personal service. In fact, in a survey
carried out by Saga during June 2008, the overall service provided by the adviser when dealing with customers
who called to renew was rated as good to excellent by 100% of customers.
