How to make a claim

The test of your car insurance comes when you need to make a claim, so we aim to offer you a quick, straightforward and stress-free service.

All our claims advisers are based in the UK and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You won’t normally be asked to fill in any forms or obtain any written estimates, and our Comprehensive cover gives you all this as standard:

  • Guaranteed courtesy car if your car is being fixed by one of our approved repairers in the UK
  • Our approved repairers guarantee their work for five years, and will clean your car before returning it to you
  • Up to £500 emergency accommodation / travelling expenses cover per claim.

How to make a claim

If you need to make a claim, please call us as soon as you can, so that we can start dealing with your claim for you straightaway. If another party was involved in the accident/incident, regardless of fault, there’s no need for you to deal with them (or their insurer) – give them our details and let us deal with everything for you. The number to call to make a claim is shown in your policy documents.
