Nobody can predict an emergency but, with Saga Home Emergency, you can at least be prepared. With just one call to our helpline, a skilled tradesman will be sent to your rescue.

Complete Home and Heating Care - £31 a month*

Complete Home and Heating Care includes all the cover provided by Home Emergency and Home and Heating Emergency. In addition to cover for complete failure to your heating and electrics, Complete Home and Heating Care also includes maintenence for a partial failure, so you can relax with the peace of mind that if something goes wrong we are available to help. You will also be covered for our Annual Boiler Service for your gas boiler as standard.

Maintenance cover includes:

  • Main heating system and boiler repair - parts and labour costs in order to make repairs in the event of a partial failure of your boiler or main heating system

  • Plumbing maintenance - cover to repair plumbing issues such as dripping taps and minor leaks, or problems with radiator valves. We will send a tradesman to repair the fault.

  • Electrical maintenance - cover for call outs to your home for faults affecting part of your domestic electrical system. If you were unable to use your sockets or switches a tradesman would be available to come out to you.
