What's covered?

The complete failure of the main heating system or boiler leaving you without hot water or heating.

What if my boiler can't be repaired?

If your boiler is beyond economic repair you'll receive up to £250 towards the cost of purchasing a new boiler. 

What isn’t covered?

  • Warm air heating and solar heating systems
  • Repairs that require a Powerflush™ (A Powerflush™ is a cleansing process which aims to remove deposits of sludge, rust and any other debris from your central heating system.)
  • Boilers with over 70kw power output
  • Boilers which haven’t been properly maintained (Such as not running the heating regularly, covering the boiler or blocking air vents)
  • Removing asbestos associated with the repair
  • Air locks or the balancing of the central heating system (Balancing the central heating system is to ensure that all the radiators heat up at the same rate)
  • Adjustments to the central heating controls including relighting the pilot light/flame
  • Descaling or desludging because of hard or corrosive water damage
  • Refilling the heating system with additives such as a corrosion inhibitor.
