We cover a range of emergencies relating to areas such as:

If your tenants stop paying their rent and refuse to move out, your rent will be covered whilst our legal team work through the process to evict them.

In addition once your tenant has been evicted and the property is in a suitable condition to be let we will cover 50% of the rent for a further three months or until a new tenancy agreement is in place, whichever is sooner.

We offer two levels of cover to protect you in the event that your tenant fails to pay their rent:

  • Up to £2,500 per month (total £100,000). There is an excess equal to one month's rent
  • Up to £5,000 per month (total £100,000). There is no excess to pay.
