Renewing your policy
You will be sent a renewal invitation 21 days before your renewal date, which will include details of your premium for the next year.
If you are paying by Direct Debit and you are happy with your cover, you do not need to do anything as we will automatically renew your home insurance for you.
Before your renewal goes through, it’s a good idea to check your Schedule and make sure you are happy with the cover you have.

How to make a claim

In the event of a claim please first check your policy to make sure that you are covered for the type of claim. Then call us as soon as you can, so we can start dealing with your claim straightaway. You will find the number to call in your policy documents.
