How to make a claim

The test of your home insurance comes when you need to make a claim. At Saga, we aim to offer you a quick, straightforward and stress free service.

  • Our claims lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Our claims process is simple, with no need, in the majority of cases for you to complete any forms
  • All of our advisers are based in the UK and you will speak to a person rather than an automated telephone menu.

 

In the event of a claim please first check your policy to make sure that you are covered for the type of claim. Then call us as soon as you can, so we can start dealing with your claim straightaway. You will find the number to call in your policy documents.
