Terms and conditions
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 50 with a permanent UK address, except employees of Saga Group Limited, their families or any one connected with the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The prize is £200 worth of Crescent Motorcycle vouchers which can be redeemed by mail order. Products available for purchase with these vouchers can be viewed online at www.crescent-motorcycles.com. No cash alternative is available.
- There will be three monthly prize draws ending on the final day of each month in September, October and November 2009. One entry per person requesting a Saga Motorcycle Insurance quotation during each monthly draw period. Any customer requesting a quotation in August will be entered in to the September draw.
- Each winner will be the first customer randomly selected in a monthly computerised draw. The draws will take place two weeks following the final day of each draw month.
- Lost, delayed or illegible entries will not be accepted, and proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- Saga Services reserves the right to alter the rules and the prize, provided an alternative prize is of equivalent value.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by telephone or post within 21 days of the draw taking place.
- By entering this competition all entrants agree to participate in post-event publicity, and for their photo, name and home county to be published.
- The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Saga Motorcycle Insurance, Marketing Department, Enbrook Park, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SE.
- The promoter is Saga Services Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
- Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.
