Oriental cooking
Q: I love Chinese food but whenever I try to cook it at home, I find jars of stir fry sauce never taste as good as restaurant versions. How can I improve the flavour?
A: Chinese stir frys are quick, simple meals to make at home and there’s no need to waste money on expensive jars of sauce. Try soy sauce with honey, a splash of sherry or water with crushed garlic, chopped chilli or a sprinkle of Chinese five-spice.
