Cinderella fruit cocktail

A fruity mocktail that makes a wonderful non-alcoholic garden party drink.



Cinderella is an increasingly popular fruit cocktail that's easy to prepare, alcohol-free and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 45ml (1½oz) orange juice
  • 45ml (1½oz) pineapple juice
  • 15ml (½oz) lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water or ginger ale (optional)

Method

Pour the orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. 

Add a scoop of ice, shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

For a longer drink pour into a highball glass and top with sparkling water or ginger ale.

Garnish with a slice of lemon, orange or pineapple.

Variation

Add a dash of grenadine syrup at the end for a pink sunset look, but don't add too much or it will make it too sweet.
