How to make
- 50g (2oz) raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 100g (4oz) frozen mixed berries, including blueberries
- 100g (4oz) low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 120ml (4fl oz) orange juice
Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
