Spinach provides vitamin C (useful for our immune systems), while avocado contains natural cholesterol-lowering supernutrients.
How to make
- 150ml (5fl oz) green tea, brewed and chilled in the fridge
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 small, ripe avocado, peeled and stoned
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Pinch red chilli, very finely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
