The Saga Equity Release Plan

The Saga Equity Release Plan – with no upfront fees*

The Saga Equity Release Plan is one of the products available through the Saga Equity Release Advice Service. It is a lifetime mortgage provided by Just Retirement Limited and has been carefully designed with Saga customers in mind. It allows you to release tax-free cash, which you can take as a lump sum or in smaller amounts as and when you need it. The Saga Equity Release Plan is only available through the Saga Equity Release Advice Service, so you won't be able to take advantage of the benefits unique to the Saga Equity Release Plan through any other advice service.

*No upfront fees apply to standard cases; £425 will be paid to your solicitor on completion and should cover the cost of most standard applications. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees over and above this amount.

How could you benefit from the Saga Equity Release Plan?
