These are nominee dealing and portfolio administration accounts provided by Barclays Stockbrokers, which you can open over the phone today. These accounts allow you to buy and sell investments online and by phone, and the investments are held on your behalf by Barclays Stockbrokers.

Low online trading rates

If you choose to do your trading online you will be charged £9.75 per trade once you have made more than 9 trades in three months (that’s just three trades a month). If you deal less than that you will still only be charged £11.95 per trade.
