Introducing the Saga Price Promise

Saga Holidays has announced the Saga Price Promise, which guarantees that customers will always get the best deal.

If Saga Holidays reduce the price of a holiday from their new range of worldwide, European, UK or River Cruising brochures after customers holidays are confirmed, then Saga will automatically pass this reduction on ensuring that everyone will benefit from the lower holiday price.

This allows customers to plan their holidays in advance, so they get the holiday they want at the time they want it, safe in the knowledge that they could not have paid less by delaying their decision to book

In a recent Saga poll, nearly 90% of all respondents say it remains unreasonable for travel companies to advise a cost that excludes taxes, fees or any other form of surcharges in the headline price. Respondents believe this makes comparing similar products difficult. The Saga Price Promise also includes the no surcharge guarantee – so that increases in fuel prices or changes in exchange rates won’t result in a surcharge being added to your bill. Saga Holidays believes they are the only tour operator in the UK to currently give this guarantee.
