SAGA SAPPHIRE'S NEW MOOVERS AND SHAKERS

Monday 3 December 2012

Meet Rose and Mango, two ladies from a herd of 30 dairy cows who graze in Yorkshire. These delightful moovers and shakers produce the milk that creates an all-British ice cream exclusively for the sparkling new ship, Saga Sapphire.

SAGA SAPPHIRE'S NEW MOOVERS AND SHAKERS

Saga Cruises has recently signed a contract with Yorvale who have created an udder-ly delicious award winning ice cream range. From Rose and Lychee to Mango and Lime flavours, the bespoke fusion flavoured ice cream is served after a tantalising Asian menu in the ship's East to West restaurant.

Saga Sapphire cruises to some of the most diverse destinations in fabulous crème-de-la-crème style, taking a little piece of Yorkshire along the way, and continues the philosophy of supporting producers of fine British food.

During the Christmas period, mince pie ice cream, courtesy of Rose and Mango’s friends will also be available. There are a small number of spaces available on the 19 nights Christmas in the Canaries Cruise, departing from Southampton 18th December. Prices from £3,099 per person.
