UK Pensions, in particular annuitites have been permanently damaged by QE - a massive monetary policy experiment with no evidence of it's effectiveness. Dr Ros Altmann carried out a presentation to banking group BNP Paribas on the long term damaging effect that QE has had on pensions and the economy.
