Following the announced collapse of the River Cruise Line and Diamond Shortbreak Holidays, Saga are offering all passengers whose holidays have been cancelled a discount across all of its 2017 holiday products, including River Cruises, Worldwide, European and UK Holidays.

Affected passengers are being offered discounts of £100pp on all Long Haul Holidays and River Cruises, £50pp on European Holidays and £20pp on all UK breaks.

Offers are applicable on all available departures up to the 31^st October 2017 on all European and Mediterranean Holidays and all advertised dates on Worldwide, Rivers & UK products. Offers are valid on bookings made by the 2^nd April 2017.

A spokesman for Saga commented:

“It’s a real shame that The River Cruise Line and Diamond Shortbreak Holidays have gone into administration and it is devastating news for customers who have their holidays booked with them.

“Once again Saga would like to help those affected with booking discounts available across all of its holiday’s products.

“Our specialist UK sales team will do their utmost to find a suitable replacement for the holiday the traveller has lost.

“We know this can be a very worrying time for many however passengers have been reassured they will get their money back thanks to the protection afforded by ATOL and ABTA and we want to be able to help passengers rebook their holiday as soon as possible”.
