Saga Group announces Director of Membership and CRMWednesday 1 November 2017
Saga has announced the appointment of Jeff Baker as Director of Membership and CRM. Jeff joined Saga on the 31st July having previously spent four years as Group Vice President for the Al Tayler Group in Dubai.
Jeff will be responsible the development of Saga’s new membership program and developing a refreshed approach to CRM for the Saga group across all channels. He brings with him a wealth of experience in both membership and CRM which will further support Saga’s work in that area.

Jeff’s experience encompasses an impressive cross sector of industries including travel, retail and financial services. Prior to his role at Al Tayler, Jeff was VP of Marketing for Hilton and then moved on to be responsible for the development of the CRM strategy for The Body Shop.
