I have recently taken out a subscription, when will I receive my first issue?

Any subscriptions received before the end of the month will receive the following month’s issue as their first.

Example: a subscription order received and processed before 31st October, will receive the November issue as the first. A subscription order received and processed on 2nd November will receive the December issue as the first.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your first issue to arrive.

I am a Saga Magazine subscriber but haven’t received this month’s issue?

Please allow until the 15th of the corresponding month to receive your issue. If it has still not arrived after this date, please contact us on freephone 0800 904 7214 and we will send a replacement.

I have renewed my subscription but I have not heard anything?

Thank you for renewing your subscription. Confirmation letters are not sent out and your magazine will continue to be delivered to you each month.

I have recently renewed my subscription, why have I received another renewal notice?

Thank you for renewing your subscription. Unfortunately on some occasions payments and the renewal notices cross in the post, please ignore the letter.

My subscription is not due to expire for months, why do I keep receiving renewal notices?

By renewing your subscription early, we are able to pass on greater savings to you and you won’t receive any more renewal notices.

How do Direct Debit payments work?

Customers with a UK bank account have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Direct Debit payments can be made either annually or quarterly and are a safe, convenient way to pay for your subscription. Also, if you choose to pay by Direct Debit you will eliminate receiving any further renewal notices.

How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit please contact your bank or building society. Please also contact us on freephone 0800 904 7214.

I have lost my membership card, can you send me a replacement?

We no longer use membership cards; please quote your mailing reference when you contact us.
