ORCA conservation charity
ORCA is one of Europe’s leading whale and dolphin conservation charities. They are dedicated to the protection of whales, dolphins and porpoises, through research, promoting their conservation and educating people about the work they do.
ORCA’s volunteers will be running talks, activities and deck watches, providing expert knowledge of the astonishing marine wildlife found in our seas.
As well as joining us on some of our Quest cruises, these inspiring people also run scientific surveys every month throughout the season. They record the species seen, their whereabouts and activity, so that they can help conservation by identifying where they live and providing data to other conservation charities, governments and students.
