Our eBrochure facility allows you to build your own personalised brochure from the holiday and travel information on the website. This applies to our resorts, tours, Saga cruising, river cruising and special interest holidays.

As described in detail below, you simply choose the holiday information and pages you want, which we will then compile into a brochure and email to you immediately. The pages are all presented in pdf format, which can be read with Adobe Reader. If you do not already have Adobe Reader on your computer, please click here to install your free download.

How do eBrochures work?

The first difference you may notice when browsing through our website is the little eBrochures box which appears in the top right of each page. If you wish to add the holiday you’re currently browsing to your eBrochure, simply click on the Add to basket button. You will be able to amend this later if you wish. You can add as many holidays as you wish to your eBrochure, which will be displayed in the basket icon.

Once you have finished adding holidays to your basket, click on the checkout button.

On the following page you can specify exactly what type of information you wish to receive. For resorts, tours and special interest holidays this is broken down into resort/tour information, region information and country information; for cruising holidays, this is broken down into river cruise information; and for Saga cruises, into the cruise itinerary, deckplan, cabin and public room guide, and a section for useful information and what Saga includes.

• Resort/tour information includes all details relevant to the holiday itself, such as hotel facilities, entertainment and excursions.
  
• River cruise information includes all details relevant to the cruise itself, such as the itinerary, vessel information, port details and any optional excursions.
  
• Region information includes details about your specific destination, such as places of interest, food and drink, getting around and local climate. This is only available for resort holidays.
  
• Country information includes details about the country itself, where available, such as communication, language, geography and much more.
• Saga cruise itinerary includes all details relevant to the cruise itself, such as the itinerary and map. Also available for cruises are a guide to cabins and public rooms with deck plans, and a section featuring useful information and what Saga includes.

At any point during this process you can remove holidays from your eBrochure.

Finally, you must give us your name and email address so that we can send you your eBrochure. You must also confirm that you have read our booking conditions by clicking the relevant box. Once you have confirmed your selection, the eBrochure will be sent directly to your email inbox in pdf format. With Adobe Acrobat Reader you will be able to view eBrochures on your computer, or print them off at your own leisure.
