• Your Hertz Saga discount applies to the best available, non affiliated retail rates at time of booking, provided you follow booking instructions. Rates typically include loss/damage waivers and unlimited mileage.
• Discount does not apply to tax or any location service charge or vehicle licence fee included in the rate.
• It is conditional to the purchase of the Saga Hertz special price car hire that you consent to the release of your name and address details for use for administration purposes, and Hertz will supply name and address details to Saga.
• On occasions, Hertz will make special offers available to the general public with additional terms and conditions related to their purchase. In the event that the offer is greater than the Saga discount, and your hire term meet the additional terms and conditions Hertz will provide Saga customers with the special offer price plus a free additional driver. Offer is subject to availability and Hertz standard terms and conditions and black out periods. Additional driver must be over 40.
