How the Saga Fast Track Appointments Service works
1. Ask for an open referral from your GP - if your GP recommends that you see a specialist, ask for an open referral (that's one where your GP simply states the type of specialist you need to see rather than naming a particular specialist).
2. Call our dedicated claims team - who will check that your claim is eligible, then help you find a specialist with the expertise to help you.
3. Get your appointment booked - our dedicated claims team can help to arrange the appointment for you, at a time and place that's convenient, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.
Reduce your premium by choosing our Fixed Fast Track option - by choosing the Fixed Fast Track option you agree to following the process detailed above each time you need to make a claim.
