Theo A. Michaels is a London-born chef and food writer from a Greek Cypriot family. In 2014 he was a Masterchef sem-finalist, which spurred him to to pursuing food professionally. He has since gone on to set up an award-winning pop-up restaurant and wrote his first cookery book, Rustica, published by Ryland Peters & Small.
