Win the opportunity to join an exclusive Highgrove event "Talking Food", where Raymond Blanc OBE will talk about the importance of using seasonal ingredients and maintaining an all-year-round working kitchen garden.

Enjoy an indulgent champagne afternoon tea, including Raymond's famous lemon cake, before a one-hour exclusive Possibilities guided tour of the sensational Royal Gardens.

The Chef Patron of the two Michelin-starred Le Manoir will share stories from his childhood, and tell you about his philosophy and vision for his famous restaurant-hotel during this very special afternoon for members.

The great restaurateur will also talk about his latest book, "Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons: The Story of a Modern Classic". The book charts Raymond's personal tour of his revered Le Manoir through each of the four seasons, with 120 recipes from his celebrated kitchens plus "Kew on a Plate", which showcases the heritage and botany of favourite plants, while revealing their growing and cooking secrets.

Guests will then be able to indulge in a champagne afternoon tea served on a traditional tiered stand, with a delicious selection of sandwiches, sweet treats and freshly baked scones - and not forgetting that legendary lemon cake.

After tea, one of HRH The Prince of Wales’s expert guides will lead Possibilities members on a one-hour garden tour, where you’ll learn about the history of the estate while savouring the key autumnal highlights of Highgrove's inspirational gardens.
