Ticket sales

1) Ticket offers for Saga customers only.

2) Saga reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offers, promotions or added extras without prior notice.

3) Saga reserves the right to promote ticket offers through various channels.

4) Tickets will be provided to Saga by ATG tickets and LOVETheatre.

5) Tickets are non-refundable but will be exchangeable without fee for the duration the show’s run. Standard ATG or LOVETheatre terms and conditions will apply.

Possibilities exclusive added extras

1) Added extras are for shows at ATG-owned theatres only.

2) For all ticket sales at ATG-owned venues, Saga customers and everyone in their party will receive:

• a free House Programme (where no show programme is available a theatre gift will be offered);
• and a choice of one of the following:
  • free ice cream, water or soft drink (from a selection, which may vary by venue).

3) aga customers can enjoy an exclusive rate for the ambassador lounge VIP experience, subject to availability, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at ATG-owned venues only. The VIP experience includes the access to the ambassador lounge, a welcome drink and savoury snacks. Offers are subject to change, with limited availability.

4) Saga customers will be offered a 5% discount on beverage purchases (bar purchases).

5) All added extras are subject to availability.

6) Cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

7) No alternatives available.

8) Only available on production of your added extras voucher, which must be presented at an ATG-owned theatre.

Saga Price Promise

1) Saga customers will be offered a Price Promise for all offers.

2) If the same ticket can be found for a lower price within 48 hours of booking, Saga customers will receive a refund to the value of the difference.

3) Tickets subject to this Price Promise must be like-for-like, with the following requirements:

• Tickets must be for same performance;
• Tickets must be for same date/time;
• Tickets must be for same seat category;
• The Price Promise will not apply for the period that falls within 24 hours of performance show time;
• The Price Promise will not apply to any tickets in sale promotions.

4) To take advantage of the Saga Price Promise, Possibilities members must call ATG customer services on 03330 096 690 with the booking reference number to hand (Lines open 9am-10pm Monday to Saturday, 10am-8pm Sunday).

5) Any refund shall be made via the Saga customer's original payment method and will be to the value of the difference.
