Saga plc appoints Tim McCall as Director of Corporate Affairs

Saga plc has announced the appointment of Tim McCall to the newly created role of Director of Corporate Affairs.

The role will include overseeing all direct and indirect communications with Saga’s key audiences as a listed business, including more than 200,000 retail investors.

Saga is an iconic British brand and the UK’s leading provider of products and services for those aged over 50. Saga has over 2.1 million customers, enjoying a range of products and services including holidays and cruises, insurance, financial services and the award winning Saga Magazine. Through the Allied Healthcare brand, Saga plc is also the UK’s largest domiciliary care provider. 

Tim joins from his role as chief operating officer of MHP Communications, prior to that he was a director of the Hogarth Partnership and before that managing director of MJ2.

Commenting on his appointment, Tim McCall said: "I have had six great years at Hogarth before helping to create and grow MHP, but the chance to join a business such as Saga at such an interesting point in its development was too good to resist.
