Save up to 10%* when you insure an additional vehicle
*The average discount was 6% in June 2022 when customers insured another vehicle at the same address.
How does it work?
If you already hold an existing motor policy with us, anyone in your household who has a car may benefit as long as they are 50 or over.
The different vehicles need to be insured at the same address, but do not need to be insured by the same person. If there is one policyholder, then a second policyholder could get a discount when they insure their vehicle at the same address.
If you qualify for a discount it will automatically be applied to every additional motor policy, excluding any optional add-ons.
For more information, see our terms and conditions.
The benefits of having two or more cars insured with Saga
- Separate renewal dates – so you don’t have to pay for all the policies at once.
- Earning No Claim Discount (NCD) on all vehicles separately.
- You can get a quote online or over the phone without needing the existing policy details to hand. Our systems recognise additional vehicles insured at the same address, so any discount will be automatically applied.
- Friends, flatmates and family living at the same address can all benefit.
- You can keep all policies together in one MySaga account or use separate accounts if set-up in different names.
- A choice of different cover levels for each vehicle.
- Payment choice – you can choose to pay annually or by monthly Direct Debit. Monthly Direct Debit is subject to eligibility criteria and interest may be charged.
