Renew your caravan insurance with Saga

Thank you for insuring your caravan with Saga. You'll receive your renewal invitation with your new price by post around three weeks before your renewal date.

What to check before you renew

It's important to review your cover to make sure it still meets your needs. You might want to consider whether:

There's no need to wait for your policy or renewal documents to arrive by post as they're available to view online as soon as they're prepared.

Simply head to MySaga to view your policy documents or check your renewal price.

If you haven’t already, you can create a MySaga account to see your past quotes, current insurance policy documents, renewal notifications or manage holiday bookings.

As a Saga Caravan Insurance customer, you can check your policy documents, view renewal invites when ready and update contact preferences in your MySaga account..

Getting started with MySaga

  1. Click the Visit MySaga button.
  2. Enter the email address you gave us when you bought something from us or got a quote.
  3. Click 'Next'.
  4. You can now view your quotes and insurance documents or even manage your holiday bookings.

Making a caravan insurance claim

If you need to make a claim, for whatever reason, please call our 24-hour claim line as soon as you can, so we can start dealing with it straight away.

There are usually no forms to fill in, which avoids unnecessary delays and means we can help get your claim resolved as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I have an accident?

Make sure you’re in a safe place, then call our claim line. If another party is involved in the accident/incident, regardless of fault, there’s no need for you to deal with them (or their insurer) yourself. Give them our details and we’ll deal with everything for you.

What should I do if my caravan’s been stolen?

If your caravan, awning, equipment, contents or personal belongings are lost or stolen, please contact the police as soon as possible and make a note of the crime reference number they give you. You may need this when you call our claim line.

Saga’s registered address has changed since some of these policy books were issued.

The old registered address was:
