We have been made aware that fraudulent emails are being sent by someone using the name Robert Martin and claiming to be from Saga Services Limited. The scam, offers applications for an Investment Account, also referred to as 'Saga High Interest Savers'.

This account does not exist. The telephone number listed on the email, ending in 8791, the email address and postal address are in no way associated with Saga Personal Finance, Saga Savings, Goldman Sachs International Bank or the Saga Group.

If you receive an email or phone call about this account, please DO NOT provide any personal details, complete any applications, click on any links or process any payments over the phone or by email. If you have done any of these please contact the Customer Care Team immediately on 0800 028 1701.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme 

Your eligible deposits with Goldman Sachs International Bank are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), the UK's deposit guarantee scheme.

This limit is applied to the total of any deposits you have with Goldman Sachs International Bank (GSIB) under any brand, including Saga Savings (where the Saga Savings account is provided by GSIB), and Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Any total deposits you hold above the limit between these brands are unlikely to be covered.
