- If you’re with Saga Car Insurance, write down 0800 001 5424 and put it in your car’s glovebox.
It’s the 24-hour claims number. That way, if your phone battery’s low or you need to call from someone else’s phone, you’ve got the number to hand in an emergency. - Keyless cars are attractive to thieves and the tech doesn’t deter them.
Add a more traditional anti-theft device such as a steering wheel lock or a hefty padlock to gates. This will put criminals off as they can’t make a quick and quiet getaway. - When you’re renewing or getting a quote, don’t guesstimate details such as your annual mileage.
