We spoke with Kirill Melnikov, Staff Captain on board Spirit of Discovery, about his life at sea and what makes working with Saga special. After more than 20 years sailing and experience across several major cruise lines, Kirill joined Saga in 2018 and was drawn to the variety his role brings - from travelling the world and experiencing different cultures to balancing routine with the unexpected.
