Our partner, Ageas, will manage your claim and guide you through each step. Please make sure you have your policy number to hand.
When you register your claim online, you will be directed to the claims service on the Ageas website. Please note that Saga Home Insurance is provided in partnership with Ageas, a trading name of Ageas Retail Limited and Ageas Insurance Limited. All claims are managed by Ageas Insurance Limited.

If you’ve added Saga Home Emergency/Home Emergency & Heating to your policy and you have an unexpected incident that needs immediate action, you should call the 24/7 helpline or start your claim online.
This service is available in emergency situations only, such as if a water pipe suddenly starts leaking badly and there’s nothing you can do to stop it, or you lose all power to your home and/or all your lights stop working.
The claims services for Home Emergency is provided by AXA Assistance (UK) Limited.
I need to arrange my annual boiler service
If you have chosen to include the annual boiler service with your Home Emergency cover then you will be contacted within 28 days of your start date to arrange your appointment.
You will also receive a call the day before the appointment to confirm the date and time slot.If you have not received a call in this time, or have any queries around a booked appointment, please contact us.
