It’s fantastic winning any award that reflects our great insurance products and the hard work of our customer service and claims teams, but the ones we cherish the most are those that reflect how our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
This is why we’re so delighted to have received awards in an incredible seven categories at the Consumer Intelligence Awards 2021. These awards are a mark of excellence within the insurance industry and are not easy to win. Every year, the organisers use their Insurance Behaviour Tracker to survey over 48,000 home and motor insurance customers to find out what they think of the brands from who they’ve bought a policy. The handful of brands that are rated most highly by customers receive a Consumer Intelligence Award.
We’re delighted that the hard work of our claims and customer service team has been recognised especially as the last year has seen the majority of them adjusting to working from home.
