No advice fees on standard remortgages for a limited time. Ends 6/03/2025.
Saga has partnered with specialist mortgage broker Tembo Money, to provide our customers with a mortgage advice service.
In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Saga Mortgages provided by Tembo Money Ltd (“Tembo”) and “you” and “your” refers to our customers.
Saga Mortgages is offering our customers the ability to receive fee-free advice when using our remortgage service from the 6th of February 2025 until the 6th of March 2025. This constitutes a saving of up to £499.
1.1 Customers must come to Tembo Money via the Saga Mortgages service, either through the digital fact find, or an inbound call.
1.2 Customers must be using a standard remortgage product, if there is additional borrowing, debt consolidation, new borrowers, or any adverse credit the offer is not valid.
1.3 Purchases are not included in the fee-free offer.
1.4 Buy-to-let and commercial remortgages are not included in the fee-free offer.
1.5 The customer must submit a signed recommendation letter to their lender between the 6th of February 2025 until the 6th of March 2025.
1.6 There are no limits on the number of remortgage applications that can be submitted under this promotion.
1.7 The offer is subject to a Saga Mortgages broker finding an eligible product that meets your circumstances.
2.1. The fee-free remortgage offer includes the waiver of Saga Mortgages’ standard advice fee (£499).
2.2 The fee you are required to pay will be clearly outlined prior to an application being submitted on your behalf - if you are eligible for this promotion, it will be £0.
2.3. The offer does not cover any other potential fees that may arise during the remortgage process, including but not limited to early repayment charges from the existing lender, valuation fees, conveyancing costs. All costs will be clearly explained to you ahead of an application being submitted.
3.1. To take advantage of the fee-free remortgage offer, applicants must:
- Complete the Saga Mortgages online application or speak to Tembo via the Saga Mortgages phone line
- Complete all required identity and credit checks
- Provide all necessary documentation and information required by Saga Mortgages
- Sign and return your Mortgage Recommendation Letter between the 6th of February 2025 until the 6th of March 2025
3.2 Your adviser will provide you with reasonable time to review and accept the terms of your recommendation ahead of an application being submitted.
3.3 The signed Mortgage Recommendation Letter must be submitted to the mortgage advisor within the offer period. Any signed Mortgage Recommendation letters received after March 6th 2025, 11:59pm, will not be eligible for the fee-free offer.
4.1. Saga Mortgages reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
4.2. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
4.3. Saga Mortgages is not responsible for any delays or failures in processing applications due to circumstances beyond its control.
4.4. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.1 Tembo accepts no legal responsibility for any use of fee-free remortgage offer which breaches these terms or Tembo’s Terms of Business
6.1 These terms and any dispute (including any non-contractual dispute) or claim coming out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
6.2. Each party forever agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive authority to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
