Terms and conditions of the 3 years free service with Halfords

 

  1. The prize draw is open to all Saga Possibilities Members, except employees or retirees of Saga plc and its subsidiaries, their families or anyone connected with the prize draw.
  2. Entry into the prize draw is automatic when a 3 year fixed price Saga Car Insurance policy is purchased online through this journey.
  3. If you cancel your policy before the date of the prize draw, you will no longer qualify for the draw.
  4. One entry per person.
  5. The opening date for the prize draw is 8 May 2019
  6. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 30 June 2019.
  7. Five winners will be randomly selected in an independently supervised draw. The draw will take place on 17 July 2019.
  8. The draw is governed by English law and English jurisdiction.
  9. Saga reserves the right to alter the prize draw, provided the alternative prize is of an equivalent value.
  10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The winner will be notified within 21 days if the draw taking place by either, email, post or telephone.
  12. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.

The prize draw and prize are organised and provided by Saga Group, Enbrook Park, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3SE.

  • This offer is from Halfords Limited (the "Promotor") (CO No 00103161 ) of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, B98 0DE.
  • The offer is in conjunction with Halfords Autocentres Limited (CO No 04050548) of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, B98 0DE.
  • There will be a maximum of 5 Winners.
  • The Winners will receive a paper voucher with 3 unique codes. Each unique code is valid for one year, up to a maximum of 3 years.
  • This entitles the Winner to 3 yearly “Full Service(s)” at any Halfords Autocentre.

  • Halfords Autocentre may update or revise this work conducted as a “Full Service” from time to time.
  • The Winner must have booked the first Full Service by 5th July 2020, the second Full Service by 5th July 2021, and the third Full Service by 5th July 2022.
  • One Full Service per year.
  • This voucher can be applied to bookings made via halfordsautocentres.com only, voucher cannot be redeemed in centres.
  • No alternative is available if you are unable to book a suitable time slot.
  • Halfords Autocentres are not held responsible for any lost or damaged vouchers.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or colleague discount.
  • This voucher has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
  • This voucher is not for re-sale.
  • Any additional costs as a result of the Full Service will be payable by the winner.
