How to receive gift cards
1. Spread the word about Saga insurance
Provide us with a few details and we’ll send you a unique link that you can share with your friends. You’ll need to be a Saga insurance policyholder.
2. Wait for a friend to buy a Saga policy
Once you've shared the unique link with your friend, they will need to follow that and sign up before they buy a Saga insurance policy.
3. You'll both be rewarded
As long as the terms and conditions of the promotion are met, you’ll both be rewarded. And there’s no limit on how many friends you can refer.
Yes, you can refer as many friends as you like.
Your friend will need to register for our Refer a Friend promotion by following the unique referral link you send them. Once they've done this, they will then need to purchase a Saga insurance policy.
Once your friend has joined us by purchasing a Saga insurance policy, we’ll need to do some checks before you get your reward. Both you and your friend must be outside of your cancellation period (this is usually 14 days from policy start date or the date the documents are received, whichever is later, but we may sometimes offer promotions which extend this) and must still be a Saga insurance policy holder. You should receive your gift card by email between 32 and 45 days of your friend’s insurance policy starting. You can find out full details of what needs to happen in our Refer a Friend terms and conditions. You can also visit the online status checker to see how many of your referrals have been successful by following the link in the email we sent you when your friend purchased their policy. Once we’ve done these checks, we'll email you a link to claim your gift card.
You can choose from the gift cards available at the time you take part in the reward scheme. These may vary from time to time.
Once your friend has bought a Saga insurance policy, we’ll need to complete some checks before you both get rewarded. If you haven’t received your rewards you should check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion. Did your friend follow your link and register for the Refer a Friend promotion? Is your friend outside of their cancellation period? You can also visit the online status checker to see how many of your referrals have been successful by following the link in the email we sent you when your friend purchased their policy.
