The legendary Isle of Man TT
At the end of May into early June, the Isle of Man’s spectacular roads provide the ultimate challenge of skill and speed for adrenaline-fuelled kings on two wheels taking part in the legendary Tourist Trophy motorcycle race.
The TT race has a grand history dating back to 1907, and the 2018 event will be 99th time the world’s best and bravest motorbike racers have tested their mettle on the island’s uncompromising roads and bends.
The toughest motorcycle race in the world
Motorsport junkies flock to the Isle of Man for the TT in their droves. But as a thrilling spectator event in itself, the TT is a must.
Standing roadside as the racers zoom past at speeds of up to 200mph is a never-to-be-forgotten experience, and one of the great spectacles in world sport, with the 37-mile plus Mountain Course providing the toughest of challenges for those burning up the tarmac.
And aside from the great racing of TT fortnight, the stunning Isle of Man comes into its own with all manner of exciting entertainment lending the place a real party buzz.
