We aim to ensure that every claim is dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. With Saga, there are usually no forms to fill in and no written estimates to obtain. You can also report your claim at any time, as our lines are open 24 hours a day. What our claims service offers

Our claims service includes elements that you may have to pay extra for if you insure your vehicle elsewhere. Our Comprehensive cover offers the following, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Replacement car

We will give you a replacement car if your motorhome is being repaired following an insured incident in the UK, and you use our Approved Repairer Network. You will have full use of this car while your vehicle is repaired.

‘Emergency accommodation/Get you home’ cover

You can claim up to £500 for travelling expenses and hotel accommodation costs incurred as a result of an accident.
