This Silver Swans ballet class – a Royal Academy of Dance programme designed especially for older adults – builds on the foundations of the introductory class, developing your technique and introducing the concept of turnout, a key element of classical ballet.
Led by former Royal Academy of Dance Artistic Director Gerard Charles, with live piano accompaniment from Martin throughout, this is a joyful, immersive class that will have you moving your whole body with growing confidence and grace. All you need is comfortable clothing and a little space to move.
