A magnificent August concert at the stunning stately home venue of Ragley Hall in Warwickshire, with stirring music and dramatic Spitfire, cavalry, cannon and firework displays, from an exclusive hospitality marquee with three-course summer buffet.
The Battle Proms are widely regarded as the UK’s premier picnic concert series - and Saturday 10 August marks their ninth annual concert in a stunning lakeside setting in the grounds of historic Ragley Hall, Warwickshire.
Lucky Possibilities members who win this ticket ballot will be treated to a full VIP hospitality experience. This includes entry to the concert and access to an exclusive marquee pavilion in the hospitality area, where guests will receive a welcome glass of prosecco and canapes on arrival, a three-course summer buffet, plus use of a private cash bar and souvenirs.
Winners will enjoy a full programme of captivating classical music from the 60-piece New English Concert Orchestra, complemented by toe-tapping vintage vocals, breathtaking Spitfire display, sensational freefall demonstration by The Red Devils parachute team, dramatic Napoleonic cavalry display and ground-shaking live fire from more than 200 cannons.
This quintessentially British party in the park features magnificent musical firework displays, culminating in a flag-waving, sing-a-long spectacular including all those ‘Last Night of the Proms’ finale favourites such as Jerusalem, Rule Britannia and Land of Hope and Glory.

Getting to the venue
The concert parking and entrance is clearly signposted from all major routes into Alcester, Warwickshire. Please use postcode B49 5NJ for Sat Navs then look out for temporary yellow event signage as you approach the venue.
Please note there is no pedestrian access into or out of the estate. Concert-goers must enter and exit by vehicle only. Parking is free of charge.
Once the ballot has closed and the winners have been drawn, they will be notified by email to confirm they can attend. Winners will be given all the necessary information about how they will receive their tickets. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to someone else. Ballot prizes include tickets only, no travel or accommodation is provided unless stated.

Terms and conditions
Possibilities hospitality is not available at any other Battle Proms concert.
Ticket holders consent to being photographed/filmed/recorded as members of the audience.
The hospitality marquee will be situated at the rear of the auditorium and not in the best area for sound quality. You are invited to venture out into the auditorium to enjoy closer proximity to the displays and the orchestral concert.
No dogs (except assistance dogs and guide dogs), barbecues, sky lanterns, naked flames or recording equipment are permitted.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Aerial displays are subject to weather conditions.
