Potato scones (or 'tattie scones') are griddle scones made with potatoes, and are a popular component of the full Scottish breakfast along with eggs, bacon and Lorne sausage.
They can also be served with jam and tea.
*Dairy-free/vegan version: use vegetable spread such as Vitalite, Flora, Pure or Naturli.
