About these Terms

“Possibilities” is a membership scheme that provides its members (“Members”) with information and access to exclusive goods, services and offers made available by selected third parties.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern our provision of Possibilities and your membership of it (“Membership”) whether you pay for your Membership (“Paid Membership”) or not.

Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before agreeing to them when registering to become a Member.

We may amend these Terms from time to time and will inform you by email of any significant changes made.

Who we are and how to contact us

We are Possibilities, a trading name of Saga Membership Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00773343 with a registered office at Enbrook Park, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3SE. Our VAT number is 22400/08956.

Eligibility criteria for Membership

To be eligible to become a Member you must have a UK residential address and either:

  • be prepared to pay for a Paid Membership; and/or
  • taken out a one-off policy with Saga in the last year, such as single trip travel insurance; and/or
  • taken out a current, ongoing annual insurance policy with Saga, such as car, home, annual travel or health; and/or
  • taken out a personal finance product with Saga in the last 12 months, such as an ISA or savings account, or have an active financial product with us; and/or
  • booked a Saga holiday or cruise directly with us in the past three years; and/or
  • have an active subscription to Saga Magazine.

How to use your Membership

To be able to book events and take advantage of the offers available, Members will need to set up a MySaga account. To do this, simply visit

All communications to you in respect of your Membership will be either via email or by post to your UK residential address (as per your preferences). Please note, we will not send any welcome packs or other direct mail/tickets via AirMail/international post.

You must keep your Membership account details safe

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures when registering your Membership, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at

Our provision of Possibilities

We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the technology powering our Possibilities websites (“our site”) operational, allowing for appropriate maintenance windows and acknowledging that a certain amount of unscheduled downtime is inherent in web-based services, and we will provide Possibilities using reasonable skill and care. We offer no other warranty in respect of Possibilities, and all warranties which would otherwise be implied into these Terms by operation of law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

We may add or remove features from Possibilities from time to time. We will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of changes to features of Possibilities likely to have a significant impact on how you use it.

We do not warrant or accept any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the content or related information provided in connection with Possibilities.

Goods and services provided by third parties

We act as an introducer between our Members and third parties who provide goods and services. We are not responsible for any goods, services and offers made available to you by any third party as part of your Membership.

Any dealings between you and a third party in respect of any goods, services and offers shall be subject to the terms and conditions that you agree with that third party. We are not party to the contractual relationship between you and the third party and we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in respect of these dealings.

The third party offers introduced to our Members will only be available in the UK, irrespective of whether the third party has an international outlet.

Any prizes awarded through prize draws that require overseas travel (departing from the UK) will only be available to Members that hold a UK passport, and have a UK residential address. For all other prize draws and events, travel is not included unless stated otherwise. If travel is included, this will only be from a UK residential address.

Links to the websites of third parties may appear on our site. We accept no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites.

Cancellation of your Membership

You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing us at or telephoning us on 0800 092 3903.

We may cancel your Membership at any time, including for (but not limited to) the following reasons:

  • you no longer meet the eligibility criteria for Membership set out above; or
  • you are in breach of these terms and conditions.

If your Membership is cancelled for any reason you will no longer have access to our site or the exclusive goods, services and offers made available by third parties as part of the Membership.

Cancellation of your Membership shall not affect the delivery of any goods and services already ordered. However, some offers may only be available to you with an active Membership and therefore please check the relevant terms and conditions of such offers to prevent disappointment.

Paid Membership

Details of the one-off annual subscription fee payable for Paid Membership (“Membership Fee”) will be provided to you at the point of Membership registration.

You are able to pay the Membership Fee by way of credit/debit card or Direct Debit.

The Membership Fee is for subscription to the Saga Magazine and access to discounts that may be available from selected partners and the Saga group of companies.

Your right to cancel your Paid Membership and receive a refund

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Paid Membership and receive a full refund of the Membership Fee, within 14 days of the date you agreed to these Terms, and without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel during the 14-day cancellation period, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing us at or telephoning us on 0800 092 3903. You can use the model cancellation form set out at the bottom of these Terms, but it is not obligatory.

Under consumer law, we are not able to provide you with services during the 14-day cancellation period, unless you request us to do so. Therefore, by agreeing to the following statement when you sign up for Membership, you agree that, on your request, we can start to provide you with Possibilities during the 14–day cancellation period: “I hereby agree to the immediate provision of Possibilities.”

After the 14-day cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation, in comparison with the full coverage of the 12 month contract. For example, if you are in the 2nd month of your annual membership, you will receive a refund for the subsequent 10 months.

We will refund you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your Paid Membership.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Saga Magazine

Saga Magazine is sent to those who have an active membership to it monthly and it should arrive within the final two weeks of each calendar month. If you do not receive your Saga Magazine by the turn of the month for a given issue, please contact our customer care team by email or telephone 0800 904 7214.

Our intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on our site. You are permitted to use the material data and content only for your personal use relating to the Membership offers through this site, and you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on this website without our prior written permission.

Our use of your personal data

Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we will process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us.

By becoming a Member and using our site, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Interactive services

From time to time, we will provide interactive services on our site such as online blogs and forums (“interactive services”).

Accordingly, our site may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.

We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.

Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, and grant us a licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with our content standards below.

Content standards

These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our site (“Contribution”), and to any interactive services associated with it.

A Contribution must:

  • be accurate (where it states facts);
  • be genuinely held (where it states opinions); and
  • comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.

A Contribution must not:

  • be defamatory of any person;
  • be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
  • promote sexually explicit material or violence;
  • infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
  • be likely to deceive any person;
  • promote any illegal activity;
  • be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person; or
  • contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

Breach of our content standards

Failure to comply with our content standards will constitute a material breach of these terms and conditions and may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:

  • immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your Membership;
  • immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to on our site; and
  • legal action against you.

Our liability to you

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the Membership and our site for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
