About these Terms
Saga customers have access to a range of benefits including exclusive goods, services and offers made available by selected third parties.
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before agreeing to them when signing up to access your benefits.
We may amend these Terms from time to time and will inform you by email of any significant changes made.
Who we are and how to contact us
Your customer benefits are brought to you by Saga Membership Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00773343 with a registered office at Enbrook Park, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3SE. Our VAT number is 22400/08956.

Eligibility criteria to access Saga customer benefits
To be eligible you must have a UK residential address and either:
- Buy a one-off policy, such as a single trip travel insurance
- Set up an ongoing annual insurance policy with us, such as car, home, annual travel or health
- Take out a personal finance product with us, such as an ISA or savings account
- Book a Saga holiday or cruise directly with us
- Subscribe to Saga Magazine
How to access your benefits
To be able to book events, enter prize draws and take advantage of the offers available, customers will need to set up a MySaga account. To do this, click here.
All communications to you in respect of your benefits will be either via email or by post to your UK residential address (as per your preferences). Please note, we will not send any welcome packs or other direct mail/tickets via AirMail/international post.
You must keep your MySaga account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures when creating your MySaga account, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at email@example.com.
Our provision of the customer benefits section of the Saga website
We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the technology powering our websites (“our site”) operational, allowing for appropriate maintenance windows and acknowledging that a certain amount of unscheduled downtime is inherent in web-based services, and we will provide our benefits using reasonable skill and care. We offer no other warranty in respect of our benefits, and all warranties which would otherwise be implied into these Terms by operation of law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
We may add or remove benefits from time to time. We will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of changes likely to have a significant impact on how you use it.
We do not warrant or accept any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the content or related information provided in connection with our benefits provided to customers.
Goods and services provided by third parties
We act as an introducer between our customers and third parties who provide goods and services. We are not responsible for any goods, services and offers made available to you by any third party.
Any dealings between you and a third party in respect of any goods, services and offers shall be subject to the terms and conditions that you agree with that third party. We are not party to the contractual relationship between you and the third party and we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in respect of these dealings.
The third party offers introduced to our customers will only be available in the UK, irrespective of whether the third party has an international outlet.
Any prizes awarded through prize draws that require overseas travel (departing from the UK) will only be available to customers that hold a UK passport, and have a UK residential address. For all other prize draws and events, travel is not included unless stated otherwise. If travel is included, this will only be from a UK residential address.
Links to the websites of third parties may appear on our site. We accept no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites.
Stopping access to your benefits
If you no longer want to hear about your benefits, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0800 092 3903 and we will stop sending you information.
We may stop you accessing your benefits at any time, including for (but not limited to) the following reasons:
- you no longer meet the eligibility criteria set out above; or
- you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
If we stop you accessing your benefits for any reason, you will no longer enjoy the exclusive goods, services and offers made available by Saga or our third parties.
If you no longer have access to your benefits, this will not affect delivery of any goods or services already ordered. However, some benefits may only be available to you if you have an active account and therefore please check the relevant terms and conditions to prevent disappointment.
Our intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on our site. You are permitted to use the material data and content only for your personal use relating to your benefits through this site, and you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on this website without our prior written permission.
Our use of your personal data
By signing up to access your benefits, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
From time to time, we will provide interactive services on our site such as online blogs and forums (“interactive services”).
Accordingly, our site may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.
We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.
Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, and grant us a licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with our content standards below.
These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our site (“Contribution”), and to any interactive services associated with it.
A Contribution must:
- be accurate (where it states facts);
- be genuinely held (where it states opinions); and
- comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.
A Contribution must not:
- be defamatory of any person;
- be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- promote sexually explicit material or violence;
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
- be likely to deceive any person;
- promote any illegal activity;
- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person; or
- contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
Breach of our content standards
Failure to comply with our content standards will constitute a material breach of these terms and conditions and may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your access to your benefits;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to on our site; and
- legal action against you.
Our liability to you
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not liable for business losses. We only supply your benefits and our site for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
