What are the benefits I have access to?

Customers can take advantage of a range of benefits including exclusive offers from Saga Holidays, Cruises and Insurance, carefully chosen offers from our partners, entertaining and informative articles, videos and advice, prize draws, and more.

How do I take advantage of my benefits?

If you're an existing Saga customer you'll need to create an online MySaga account, or sign in if you have one already, so that we can verify your details. Once your account is created, we'll send you a welcome email to get you started.

How long do I have access to my benefits?

You have access for as long as you remain a Saga customer, as detailed below:

  • For a travel booking, this will be up to three years from the date of the booking.
  • For insurance, you will be eligible for as long as you remain insured with us.
  • For Saga Money products, you will be eligible for as long as you have the product with us, subject to certain conditions, such as maintaining a balance for bank accounts.
  • For Saga Magazine, eligibility lasts as long as you have an active subscription.

I’ve created my MySaga account but haven't yet received my welcome email, can you resend it?

You should receive a welcome email within a couple of hours, however please allow 24 hours before calling if it doesn't arrive. Please also check your junk/spam mail folder in case it has been filtered by your email provider. If, after this time, you have still not received it, please call us on 0800 092 3903 and we will resend the email.

I have accidentally deleted my welcome email; can you resend it?

If you can't retrieve the email from your deleted items, please call us on 0800 092 3903 and we'll get this sorted for you.

Eligibility and access

How can I find out if I am eligible?

You'll have access to your benefits when you:

  • Buy a one-off policy, such as a single trip travel insurance
  • Set up an ongoing annual insurance policy with us, such as car, home, annual travel or health
  • Take out a personal finance product with us, such as an ISA or savings account
  • Book a Saga holiday or cruise directly with us
  • Subscribe to Saga Magazine

When can I start taking advantage of my benefits?

When you create a MySaga account, whether online or by phone, we perform a quick check to match your details to products you have bought, or booked to verify that you are eligible. This doesn't take long, and you can usually access your benefits within 24 hours. For online applications, this should happen straightaway and you will see an on-screen confirmation. As soon as your MySaga account is confirmed, we'll send your welcome email and you can start enjoying all the benefits.

If I cancel my insurance, can I still enjoy my benefits?

If you have other active Saga products, or have bought a holiday or cruise with us in the past three years, you can still access your benefits.

How do I stop receiving information about my benefits?

If you no longer want to hear about your benefits, just give us a call on 0800 092 3903 and we will stop sending you information.

Offers and events

I've booked tickets for an event through Saga, when will I receive them?

Any tickets for events booked through Saga will be sent directly from the Saga partner offering the tickets. When you book, you should receive an email with information about expected delivery, or a link to print tickets directly in some instances. Your booking confirmation should also have details about how to make contact about your order.

I bought an item on offer, when will I receive it?

Items bought through the customer benefits section of the Saga website, or on the Saga app, are fulfilled by Saga partners. When you make a purchase, you are directed by one of our partners to complete your transaction, and you should receive an order confirmation directly from them. Please check your email for your order details, as this should have information about delivery and/or contact information to get in touch if you don't receive it in the estimated time.

How often are events and offers updated?

We add new events and offers on a regular basis. Some may be valid for a limited time and on a 'when it's gone, it's gone' basis. Please check the Saga website for new offers and valid to and from information.

If you have opted to receive updates via email, we will update you when there are new offers available.

Can I buy tickets for someone else?

There will be events where you can buy additional tickets to take guests. However, some are exclusively for Saga customers, so please check the individual event offer conditions before you buy.

Also, tickets can only be sent to the address we have registered for you, so if you do plan to buy tickets for someone else, please be sure you will be able to get the tickets to them in time, we would hate for anyone to miss out.
